The other day it snowed. Now my dog is like six or seven months old and this was her first time seeing snow. She was so excited she was jumping at the snow flakes and it was just so cute. Yeah, she enjoyed it very much. She enjoyed the snow so much she was licking it off the window sill. She is so cute.

Wow, what a wonderful night.
Okay, tonight I went caroling with some people from my church. We went to an assisted living home to sing, and the people were wonderful. The best part of the whole night was when I saw their smiling faces and they were singing along. It was so cool. We went into one person's room. He was a man that we have been praying for. Our church had made him a prayer quilt, and he had that wrapped around him when we sang for him. We sang some carols for him and he sang along. He was so filled with joy that he started crying, I just can't explain what that felt like for me. All I can say is that this was a great night, and I enjoyed it very much.
Sorry if that made absolutely no sense to you, but that was one experience I had to share.

What a day
OK, first things first. History in the making. Obamam was elected president last night in a "landslide" win. He wasn't who I wanted to win, but God knows what he's doing. I pray that God will bless our nations leaders.
Next thing. In my family we have this rule, It's "Don't get hurt." Well I have managed to brake it twice today. First I somehow managed to stab myself in the back of the leg with my mom's sewing scissors. My dad had just barely gotten back from town, I walked outside and showed it to him and he told me to get in the car. We went to the instacare here in town and yeah....... Luckily I didn't have to get stitches, but I did have to get a tetnus shot............ I hate shots, just in case anyone was wondering............ Anyway, no big deal, it didn't go to deep and the doctor said I was fine. The second time I broke the rule was right after we got home. I was heading upstairs to my desk and I stubbed my toe and made it bleed. Yeah, just my stupidity. Goodness gracious.
Well You are probably getting bored of my ramblings, so I will let you get back to picking the lint out of your bellybutton.

Ears, Throats, Heads, and Concerts
Wow, I am like way tired my ears are ringing my throat is sore from screaming and I have a headache, but the concert was AWESOME! The first band to go on was VOTA, they didn't sing any songs that I know. Yeah, they sounded awesome! Next was the band Tenth Avenue North, They sing the song Love is Here. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! It was like so awesome! The lead singer of the band played the acoustic guitar, but he was like totally rocking out on it! It was so cool! So, after Tenth Avenue North, there was a speaker. His name was Sammy A., he talked about the difference we can make by providing someone with clean water in a foriegn country. He talked abou thow if 100 people came to represent the world that 50 of them would be mal-nourished. And he was talking about how only one of them would have a computer in their house. It just amazed me.... He also talked obout the fact that 30,000 children die everyday from starvation. He also said that a child dies every three seconds, because they didn't have any food. Every three seconds. Just imagine that. W e can make a difference, if we only care..... So, he challenged us to give 7 dollars so that we could provide 7 people with water for a whole year. The amount of people that will be given water because of what was given last night was I believe at least 3000 people. It was completely amazing.Well after the speaker was........... SANCTUS REAL!!!! Man, they are awesome live! They did a ton of sogs that I love. One in particular is Turn On the Lights. That is like my favorite son g off their new album. They also did Eternal, Something Heavenly, Everything About You, Face of Love, Lay Down My Guns, I'm Not Alright, Sing, and We Need Each Other. We Need Each Other was the last song they did, and during the last chorus all the members of the other bands went on stage along with the speaker. They were all jumping around and dancing, it was so cool. One of the people picked the lead singer of Sanctus Real up while he was singing and he kept on singing like nothing was going on. At like the very end of the song, a bunch of the people from the bands picked him (the lead singer) up and threw him into the air! Oh my goodness, he kept singing though. And it's not like the cieling was verry high. It was a rother low cieling, he almost wit the roof. It was amazing! I looked at his face, and his face said, "NO! Don't throw me!" It was awesome! Yeah I know I have said that a lot. After the concert I bought a poster, which is hanging on my wall right now. But I think that the best part of the concert was the part where the leed singer of Sanctus Real touched my hand...... It was so totally the best part...... Way cool...... I don't have pictures yet, but when I get them I will most definately post them........ Well I think I'm done rambling, so hasta luego!

OK, tonight I am going to a concert. Thus the title. I am like way excited, I am going to a Sanctus Real with Tenth Avenue North and VOTA (formerly known as Casting Pearls). So yeah, I am like EXTREMELY EXCITED!!!!!! I will try to post some photos later...... MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! Just in case you were wondering, I had caffeine for lunch.......... So, when I have the chance I will post some pictures...
OH YEAH!!!!!!! Today we were at Taco Bell, and my mom got two kid's meals. Go figure. The kid's meals camae with these funky monster glasses things, this is the important part. So, I got some pictures of some of my friends wearing these glasses. There are no words to describe these pictures, you have got to see them yourself. Unfortunately, I don't have the pictures yet, but when I get them I will post them. So yeah. You are probably tired of hearing me go "BLAH-BLAH-BLAH!" So I am going to sign off now. My Endless Acts of Dorkiness
OK, today I was sitting on the couch........ You are probably wondering what that has to do with dorkiness......... Anyways, I was sitting on the couch reading a book, and there was this beeping. So, I sat there for fifteen minutes, thinking that the beeping is really annoying. After listening to it for fifteen minutes I thought, "that sounds like an alarm clock." % minutes later I was thinking, "That can't be my alarm clock, because my alarm clock is turned off...." 5 minutes later "That's not my mom's alarm clock because hers sounds like a rooster. It's not My sister's alarm clock, because hers stops after a minute of beeping."So, I sat there for 30 minutes pondering. Then after sitting there for 35 minutes I realized it was my brothers alarm clock. So I go into his bedroom to turn it off, and I couldn't find it..... I look everywhere. It's nowhere to be found. So, I looked for it for at least 5 minutes. I finally gave up. I sat down on his bed, I leaned back. Then out of the blue i hit my head on something. I looked up. (My brother has a bunk bed, and he sleeps on the bottom bunk.) And guess what. His alarm clock was hanging from the top part of his bunk bed. So, I turned it off and walked back to the living room. I sat down on the couch, opened my book back up. Then I said, "Man am I a dork."

"Can I have your hair?"
Yes there is a reason for the title.....
Today my sister walked upstairs and was like, "I let my hair dry without brushing it." So my reaction was, "Yeah, so what's your point?" And then she walked into the room...... My first reaction was to roll on the floor laughing, but I figured that it might be a bad idea.......... Her hair was fluffy and wavy....... Sort of like my best friend's sister's hair right after she rolls out of bed in the morning. For those of you who know what I'm talking about, yeah it was that big.......Anyways, she was like, "It's not fair! Well at least you know what I feel like, your hair does the same thing." And I was like, "No it doesn't. The way my hair looks right now is the product of letting it dry without brushing it." Again, for those of you who know me, My hair is mostly strait. Except for a few curls by my ears. So, my sister was like, "It's not fair! I want your hair." And I was like, "Well I want your hair." I think that if it were possible, my sister and I would trade hair.
And in case you were wondering, yes, she owns a straightener. And yes, I own a curling iron.

I almost DIED today (Literally)
OK! My mom and I are going to make cookies, harmless right? Well we needed butter so we're like "Oh, we'll just go to the store." Harmless right? So we are gonna go to the store my mom, Taylor and I, Taylor is going to drive the excursion, harmless right? We walk out into the driveway, there is no excursion. The only options we have are the little truck and the big truck. Harmless right? No, not when Taylor is driving. We took the big truck because it can fit more people. (The big truck is a stick shift just so you know.) The truck died at least 4 times, BEFORE WE EVEN GOT OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY!!! Taylor drove the big truck all the way to the intermediate school. Then my mom took over. *Hallelujah Chorus Playing In The Background*. We went to the store got butter, evaporated milk, pumpkin (for pumpkin pie), and ice cream. We are driving home, and then we reached our road. My mom stopped the truck. I said, "What are we doing?" My mom said it was Taylor's turn to drive. The only thing I could say was "What?!?!?!?" And, "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" Tay did really well. Then we got to our driveway...... DUN, DUN, DUN! So she gets the car into second gear, we're doing good. Then we reach the tiny little hill like thing in our drive way and the truck died. No big deal right? Well then it started rolling backwards...... Tay puts her foot on the brake starts the car and tries to drive into our driveway. The car dies again....... We start rolling backwards, AGAIN! You may be thinking, "No big deal, you don't live on a busy street." Well there is this shiny red Mustang driving right towards us. The only ting running through my brain is, "I'm too young to die!" My mom is yelling, "BRAKE! BRAKE! BRAKE!!!!!!" Finally Taylor puts her foot on the brake and the shiny red mustang drives by us like nothing happened....... "I'M ALIVE!!!!!", was running through my brain. So we pulled into the driveway with a screech of the tires. The screech was so loud the dogs wouldn't even jump in front of the car..... That's my story of how I almost died today....

Price Tags and Name Brands
Okay, so yesterday we went to the mall. It was My sister, My mom and I. We passed store after store. We went into Dillard's (Wich by the way is overpriced.) Then we went into JCPenny's and so on..... Then we went into Holister (This is the whole point of the post) And we were looking around, couldn't talk to esach other because of the blasting music, and we were looking around and my mom was like "This is cute." So we were checking it out, it was a jacket, you know the ones with the fake fur on the hood. So, we kept looking. We finally walked out of there empty handed. Then My sister was like, "I saw the same exact jacket at Walmart yesterday." So I saud, "Yeah, but I bet it was $30 cheaper." Then we went back to Dillard's and my mom bought a pair of shoes for work. We went to payless and I got a pair of tennis shoes and my mom got a pair of heals.
The moral of this story: Name brands are just an excuse to overprice things.

What should I name this one?
Hello faithful readers of the not so faithful blog. (By that I mean I don't post as often as I should.) Well the reason for my post today is because I haven't posted since 9/11. So now I just have to think of something to post about.........hmmmmm..............uh.....................*Gears moving slowly inside brain*............... HEY! I can post about school! No that's too boring........................*Gears moving slowly inside brain again*........................hmmmm.........................uh................... Man am I boring or what. I don't even have significant events to post about...................*Lightbulb goes on*...... HEY! SIGNIFICANT EVENTS!!!!!!! OH! OH! OH! Last night I went to the See You At the Pole Rally. It was awesome. There was this band called Storys End there. Storys End played awesomely loud music, and we prayed for the see you at the pole event it was so cool........... Speaking of See You at the Pole, we did that this morning....... At 7 AM........ugh......... But anyways....... We gathered around the highschool flag pole and prayed for the school leaders, our fellow classmates, personal examples, oppotunities to witness, protection, for our nation and our world. It was really cool...... The only people there were Bethany, Taylor, Connor, Tori, Misty, my Papa, and myself.......... Oh and the people heading to band practice.............. Well I think I will stop writing you a novel and let you get back to picking your nose.........

Summer..... wow
Fun huh? The people are (from left to right): Erin, Gary, Casey, Jordan, and Jason.
Any ways after I got home from camp I got to pack for another trip. This trip was a trip with a couple from my church named Ron and Valentina, they had some friends come over and they were gonna go on a trip to a bunch of places and they invited me to come with. So I went with them and we had a blast. Here are some pictures of where we went...

Well that's all I have to say for now. Talk to Y'all later.

Can You Say "Slacker"!
Hi I know I've been slackin' and I have no excuse. But I'll try to get better. So this Friday and Saturday we are going to have 30 hour famine. The gist of it is we don't eat for 30 hours and we are going to take food donations for the local food banks. So we get to sit outside the local grocery store in the 100 degree weather and take food donations. :-) We will probably get to wash the church vans and possibly go swimming in the river :O HOW FUN! Well at the end of not eating for 30 hours we are going to have a meal prepared for us. Our pastor is probably gonna be the one who prepares it for us. OOH GUESS WHAT ELSE?!?!? We get to sleep outside in cardboard boxes in our pastors backyard!!!! Cool huh?
Well I should probably sop writing a novel so you can get back to more important things like watching the grass grow, picking your nose, or drooling on yourself.

Casey's Random Thoughts......This Should Be Interesting
Have you ever wondered.......
Why does plastic wrap stick to you, but you don't stick to plastic wrap?
Why does plastic wrap stick to everything except what you want it to stick to?
Who came up with the saying "Don't eat yellow snow."?
Why would you want to eat yellow snow?
Why is the sky blue?
Why do people talk to babies the same way they talk to dogs?
Why do little dogs cost more than big dogs?
Why do people pay more to get dogs with papers? What are they going to do with the papers?
Why do princes start as frogs?
Why do people think that all tall people play sports?
Why do people think the coolest instrument to play in a band is the electric guitar? (The bass guitar is cooler.)
Why is it that when you eat pig you never call it pig?
Why do horses wear shoes?
Why do dogs wag their tales when they are happy? and when they think they are in trouble?
Why is football cool? All they are doing is killing eachother over a stinking ball.
What is this world coming to?
These are the things that keep me awake at night.

The Light Bulbs in My Life
Hi everybody....I know I've been slacking. I have just not had anything to post about, but I just thought of one. Recently in our band we had a disagreement. Well recently after the disagreement two of our members quit.
But I realized the fact that when you lose your focus, like it's not where it's supposed to be (IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE ON GOD!!!!!) everything just falls out from under you. I believe that is what happened with the band.
The way I figured this out was by listening to a Thousand Foot Krutch song called Falls Apart. The lyrics are: "It falls apart from the very start it falls apart, seems like everything I touch, Falls apart everything around me falls apart When I walk away from You."
I'm sorry if I bored you but I just had to share my little light bulb with you. If everything in your life seems to be falling apart, maybe you should check your heart and ask yourself "Am I where God wants me to be?"

Bored at Tori's house...
Hello everyone! Right now I'm at Tori's house, with Tori jamming to Hawk Nelson while working on my blog! We've been playing with the make up and Tori was doing my hair... It was cool. We were eating peanut butter celery, it was yummy! and Messy. Tonight we have play practice, and we might hang out with Bethany... funicle. Today we went to the park at like 10 in the morning for our brother's 'sparring' tournament...They were beating eachother with 'swords' made out of pool noodles, PVC pipe and duct tape... Very interesting. Then I gave Tori a welt on her leg while we were fighting with the noodle swords. Tori thinks she got sunburned. Not fun. Yesterday we also had play practice, then we went to the store and got ice cream, then we went to Tori's house and ate ice cream. Tonight we might have pizza for dinner! Yummo! Well, I think that's all for now!
